Routine Maintenance

Waltron’s new Routine Maintenance service program is an excellent way for customers to keep new and existing Waltron equipment running smoothly and efficiently. Let Waltron handle your analyzer maintenance issues so you have more time to devote to other requirements. Some of the benefits of Routine Maintenance include:

• Easy and low-cost maintenance options for analyzers and parts
• Timely assistance when troubleshooting and dealing with analyzer issues
• Both on-site and off-site assistance

Routine Maintenance – Onsite

• Onsite service - in warranty product
  • Normal maintenance (re-tubing, cleaning/washing, calibration, etc.)
    • $1000.00 per day (on site & travel) + expenses, 8 hours on site between the hours of 7am to 6pm
    • $150.00/hr beyond 8 hours, or outside normal work day
    • $2,000.00/day weekends and holidays
• Onsite Service – out of warranty product
  • Normal maintenance and repair service  
    • $1500.00 per day (on site & travel) + expenses, 8 hours on site between the hours of 7am to 6pm
    • $280.00/hr beyond 8 hours, or outside normal work day
    • $3.000.00/day weekends and holidays
    • Repair parts are not included in onsite service rates
       

Routine Maintenance – At Waltron Factory

• Re-gel Hydrazine Sensor
  • Cost of re-gel service - $200.00
  • Hydrazine sensor must be returned to factory
  • 24 hour turnaround on scheduled returns- contact Waltron for scheduling
  • Freight costs not included
• 9040 Series Colorimetric Analyzers – Routine Service
  • Cost of routine service -  $1,000.00
  • Includes: wash-down with sodium hydroxide, re-tubing of analyzer and complete factory test including calibration
  • 48 hour turnaround on scheduled returns - contact Waltron for scheduling
  • Freight costs not included

  Note: Factory test may identify other issues which may require additional cost for repair.
